"The
sound can best be described as a thinking
mans hard-core EBM theres no
use in switching your brain off and letting the
music wash over you, with Sensory Division you
have to listen to it track by track otherwise
itll lose you. At last, an album that
demands you listen to it, and not just have it on
as background music. Give it a serious listening
and itll reward you tenfold let your
attention slip, and itll kick you while
youre down. The male vocals work with the
music, intermingled amongst the dynamic, flowing,
intricately constructed tunes. The most
noticeable track on the album, has to be
Divide by Zero, which picks the beat
up tenfold, and is sure to be a dance floor
filler..."

| "Their
first album Estramay Aleph caused waves and a
great attention within the EBM scene and was by
many compared to the better output of bands such
as VNV Nation. This new album will establish VoID
CoNSTRUCT as one of the forerunners of the
dancefloor Electro scene. Sensory Division is the
second album from Southampton's VoID CoNSTRUCT.
The duo of Scott Walker and Vicky Halliday offer
us 12 new tracks of hard hitting, pumping,
dancefloor driven Electro-Industrial. This CD
sees VoID CoNSTRUCT mature more with improved
production and more innovative sequences. The
band recently supported Front 242 in the UK and
are planning a number of important
live-appearances around the release of their new
album!!" [Shadowland] |

| "VoID
CoNSTRUCT strikes back with a real surprise! They
hold on the dark electronic body power, but
evolve in a modern and fascinating mixture with
hard beating techno forms. 'Rebirth' shows their
power and danceable sensation! This band has
seriously evolved!! Their dark side reminds me of
Placebo Effect and Decoded Feedback, but VC has
this modern touch as bonus. They just prove that
dark EBM can be meged together with techno
styles! One of my favourites is 'TraumaTech'!
There's a sort of trance approach and a
complexity that reminds me of Velvet Acid Christ!
We get a few more remarkable songs like
'Visionary' and 'Divide by Zero'. 'Random Access'
is something totally different that seems to have
been composed to diversify the hard beating
power! Definitely one of the highlights since the
birth of Cryonica! (7/8 out of 10)" [Sideline
