We build a 1200 mm |
Turntable. |
The kit was from R-O-R |
As this was a prototype we |
had no drawings to help! |
We dig the hole for the |
paving. |
We put sharp sand in the |
bottom and level it out for |
the height of the paving. |
Note. Add the height of |
your track wood support |
and landing plate... |
The first slab was laid down. |
We put a dry mix of posting |
cement under it. |
The next one was laid down |
till all four are down. |
We test the ring to see that |
it will fit O.K as the ring is |
1200 mm we had to put a |
gap between the slabs. We |
filled the gap with a dry |
mix of post cement. We wet |
it to bed it in. ((we used |
Post cement as we had |
some in stock.)) |
