The map will actually work with most GPS units made by Garmin in the last 10 years or so, however, the more recent models can benefit from the POI feature, which allows for proximity alerts so you will be alerted when near a camera. Owners of these units should use the Garmin POILoader as opposed to the map overlay. It is not possible to have alerts with the map overlay solution.
