An e-mail from a long standing member says:
Myself and all of the guys I play with on Saturday and Sunday would like to add our praise to the Greenstaff for the outstanding condition of the course. It has never been better since I joined in 1987 as far as I am concerned.
An e-mail received from a visiting couple states:
Dear Secretary,
My wife and I played your lovely course on Saturday 3rd May.
We were made most welcome especially by Jim Andrews who was most kind.
Hopefully the greens will be perfect for this coming weekend and the big competition, as I'm sure they will. We understood where the Greenkeepers were coming from and although we found the greens a little tricky to read we understood about their condition. Had to blame something for our poor putting.
Your Steward was extremely helpful and went out of his way to look after us,. He did a very good job on behalf of your club. Wish we had one like that!!!
Once again, Both myself and my wife Marian wish that our thanks be passed on to those concerned.
You have a "Treasure" of a club, and we look forward to visiting you again when we return to the Wareham area which shouldn't be too long.

An e-mail received in from a prospective new member this morning states:
“Hi Richard,
A quick email to thank you so much for your attention and hospitality when I called in last week to enquire about membership with your club. Of all the clubs I have visited in the last several weeks, I have found yours the most welcoming and the most attractive (first impressions at least) and I am looking forward to joining, with of course yours and the committee's permission. We are still in the process of house hunting and I will be in touch in the not to distant future, regarding membership. Once again thank you for your valuable time, that you so kindly afforded me. “
