All our recent encounters against Ferndale have been tight and keenly contested affairs and this was no different.

We knew what to expect and told the players that Ferndale will harass close down  and destroy our pattern of play. To Ferndales their credit over the whole game they did this very well especially in the 2nd half with neither team stringing more than 3 passes together in a second half of very few chances or passing football..
