Packing - All T-shirts are packed and posted in 100% recyclable polythene mailing bags.

Delivery - We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase and to deliver within 3 working days for UK and EU deliveries and 5 working days for deliveries to the USA and Canada. The shipping cost for each T-Shirt is charged at a single flat rate of £3.50 per shirt and is added to your shopping basket at the same time you add a shirt.

Returns Policy - We at Crash’n’Burn hope you will be happy with your purchase.

However...

Unsuitable items may be returned by recorded post to us within 14 days of receipt of goods. We will then process a refund to you. Postage costs will not be refunded unless there is a manufacturing fault or the item you have received is incorrect. Please include proof of purchase when returning goods.

Please note we cannot refund customer worn or damaged items (Statutory rights not affected).

Please also retain your proof of posting, as without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.

Care Instructions - Please read the care label inside the garment for washing, instructions etc. All garments should be ironed on the reverse.

Size Guide - The following is intended as a guide only:

Ladies clothing: Small 8, Medium 10, Large 12, X Large 14. Please note these are fitted garments.

Men’s clothing: Small 36/38, Medium 38/40, Large 40/42, X-large 42/44. Please note these garments are regular fitting.

Payment Methods - All payments are made through PayPal through which we accept all major forms of debit and credit card. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to place an order. However if you have a PayPal account then you can simply pay via your PayPal account.

Crash’n’Burn uses PayPal because it offers customers a secure and easy method of buying goods on-line.

Terms and Conditions - Please read carefully these conditions before using the website. By using the site you are bound by these terms and conditions.

You may access the Crash’n’Burn site for personal use only. You must not use any content of the site for any illegal or commercial purpose.

CrashnBurnonline.com reserves the right to refuse access to the website, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order it will be without charge to you.

All prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT.

CrashnBurnonline.com retains the title of the goods until full payment has been made by you and received by Crashnburnonline.com.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
