Wayside Cottage is the middle cottage in a small terrace of three traditional stone built Cornish cottages situated in the village of LUDGVAN approximately 3 miles from Penzance.

The beaches of MARIZION are about a mile walk across the fields or 5 minutes by car.  ST.  IVES, MOUSEHOLE and many other well-known areas of interest and outstanding natural beauty are all within 10 to 15 minutes drive.  The village is ideally situated for a day trip to the ISLES of SCILLY either by helicopter or ship from PENZANCE.
