On the ground floor, a Sitting Room with board and beamed ceiling (top left pic)
A Dining Room and kitchenette equipped with electric cooker, microwave and fridge, crockery, cutlery etc (top right pic shows door from dining room to small kitchen)
On the First Floor are two bedrooms: one has a double bed and the other, two bunk beds.
The Bathroom and toilet are also on this floor.
Other Amenities include:
Colour T.V. DVD player, radio, a well-stocked bookcase, microwave cooker. Electric fires (electricity is provided by £1 coin slot meter whichis above the front door and is set at 10p per unit) Duvets are on all beds (please provide own linen). Blankets are also provided.The small secluded garden at the rear of the cottage is equipped with garden chairs. Access to the garden can be gained either through the back door or through the right of way behind the next door cottage. N.B. please ensure the access to the gates are always closed after use.
There is room to park one cars on the road in front of the cottage, other cars can be parked further down the road.
