HISTORY
The WDLTA was formed in 1967 with the objectives being to provide and promote Lawn tennis for clubs in the neighbourhood of Warrington .To arrange league matches tournaments and events in accordance with the laws of the lawn tennis association with a view to the advancement ,interest and fellowship of the game.

ABOUT US
The Dunlop Warrington League has 18 affiliated clubs at present.
A Gents league with 68 teams and a Ladies league with 51, run concurrently from April to July. Both leagues have 7 divisions, teams consist of 3 couples and matches consist of 6 events each of two sets. ie 12 games each.
A mixed league replaces the Gents & Ladies in mid July with the same format. There are 54 teams in this league at present. A knock-out cup competition takes place during the season for the

The Association hosts two official LTA tournaments.
The STOCKTON HEATH is a senior Tournament with events for Ladies, Men and Veterans in both singles and doubles plus Mixed doubles and an under 23 mens event. The Tournament is held in June each year.For 2009 results click here RESULTS PHOTOS

The WARRINGTON JUNIOR TOURNAMENT has official rating status and incorporates singles and doubles events for both boys and girls in age groups under 12; 14 ;16; 18 plus under 18 mixed
