End Bathroom
The caravan is equipped with a modern end bathroom which includes a fully enclosed shower cubicle (circular type), swivel loo, vanity basin and large wardrobe with drawer units and inner shelving.  There is easily enough storage space here for a family with a child

Lounge Diner
The caravan has a traditional parallel seating layout with a handy chest of drawers between them that converts into a table suitable for two people to dine in comfort.

Kitchen
The kitchen includes a full oven with hob and grill, a good size sink and draining board with a three way fridge.  Opposite is a cocktail cabinet with cupboards and drawers

Equipment
The caravan is equipped to a very high standard and includes a superb heiki roof light which makes the caravan very light and airy,  it has duel fuel thermostatically controlled central heating,  blinds and fly screens to all windows and a full length slide out fly screen for the door

Condition Inside
The caravan interior including carpets, curtains, appliances and wood work is in extremely good condition, you wont be disappointed and looks more or less as new.

Condition Outside
Generally the outer body condition is in very good condition  however, its not a brand new caravan so the body does have the odd small ding here and there as would be expected for a caravan of this age.  All windows are in good undamaged condition
 

Other Information
There is no damp that we are aware of and the floor is rock solid as it should be The caravan is dry stored so can be viewed whatever the weather, if the full asking price is met I will include a Dorema Porch Awning (used twice), Breathable Ground Sheet, Aquaroll and Waste Containers, Water Pump, Leisure Battery, Mains Cable, Fire Extinguisher and Awning Pegs.  All photographs are of the actual caravan and were taken in March 2009 on our recent holiday in the new forest.  We have really enjoyed this caravan but have decided to upgrade to a 4 birth model hence for sale at bargain price.
