Workshop: Bonded Impressions

Create an applique piece in the 'Impressionist' style, taking inspiration from a photograph or source picture.

Applique using Bondaweb, machine quilting and silk painting.

Seascapes, landscapes, woodlands or flower gardens all provide a good starting point.

We will develop a colour theme and create a textile combining silk painted background and applied raw edged bonded strips or squares of fabric. Complete with hand and machine quilting.
