ONGOING PROJECT, QUICK SALE REQUIRED

Hull stripped & dried prior to osmosis treatment. Has surveyor’s report completed a few years before saying that the condition of the hull was not a cause for concern. reversing its effects. Owner has stripped the old epoxy and dried out the entire hull with a hot-air gun in an effort to dry out and re-cure the fibreglass.. Moisture content of each part of the hull monitored & satisfactory. The next step was to reapply epoxy then anti-fouling agent.

Much of the electrics will be stripped and am unsure about how much of that survives. Electrical fittings may also have been stripped out in the process.

There is a new sail drive mounting kit and seal. There is a variety of other new bits that had been acquired.

The engine (Volvo Penta 110S) is probably still partially stripped, but it known that some work has been done on it. The owner being an engine designer, there shouldn’t be too many worries about the quality of that work.

Pretty much all the interior woodwork has been stripped out, sanded and oiled, and it’s sitting either at the vendors or at the boatyard ready to be re-installed. The upholstery was also removed and cleaned. However, it’s all (as far as is known) original and complete.

The rigging has, it is believed been re-certified.

Some Acros for propping, which can go with the boat, and there is also a large inflatable dinghy that will probably be included as well. The other bits we know about are an Incastec Maxilog (although we don’t know what it is), a radio and a mechanical autopilot.
