RESCUED RABBITSEvery year in the UK thousands of unwanted pet rabbits are neglected, abandoned or handed into Rescue Centres, usually through no fault of their own. Sometimes rabbits looking for homes in Rescue Centres will already be neutered and vaccinated. Their temperaments will also have been assessed. A cute cuddly baby can turn very territorial when mature (at around 5 months old), if not neutered. Neutering can stop many behaviour problems including spraying and aggression, it also prevents uterine cancer in female rabbits.
