Provincial Dinner and Dance (2007)
On Monday 25 September 2006 Ancient & Loyal Conclave No.215 will hold it's 100th meeting, which will be the Installation. Although Acting Provincial Officers will only be appointed earlier in the same month it is hoped that as many as possible will attend the meeting so that we can make this a special evening.
A further Team Visits are planned for the Installation Meetings of St. David's Conclave No.247 and Bold Conclave No.187 on Saturday 28 October 2006 and Friday 13 April 2007, respectively.
Provincial Dinner and Dance (2007)
This event this year is being hosted by Southport Conclave No.159 and will take place at The Windermere Hydro Hotel on Helm Road, Bowness-on-Windermere over the weekend of Friday 2 and Saturday 3 March 2007. Cost of the Dinner and Dance is £20 per person. The dinner will consist of five courses with some form of entertainment during the meal followed by the dance. The full weekend consists of a buffet reception on Friday night (Dress, Smart casual), B & B Friday and Saturday nights and the dinner and dance on the Saturday night (Dress, Lounge suit). It is understood that an advantageous rate has been agreed for accommodation which can be booked direct with the hotel (be sure to mention the OSM event). Details of the hotel rates will be circulated to all conclaves. Put the dates in your diary for future reference. Full details have been be sent out to all members.
