Concord Conclave No.64 Installation
The Installation Meeting of Concord Conclave No.64 on 8 November 2003 proved to be an enjoyable and somewhat unique occasion when three senior brethren of the province where present. Three different "degrees" were worked on the same afternoon. The photograph shows (L to R) R.W.Bro. Thomas F. Bro. J. Alan Bibby, Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler for the Province of West Lancashire in the Order of the Secret Monitor attending the installation meeting of Concord Conclave No.64.
