Danny Tregaskes

Danny Tregaskes

A charismatic all- rounder, Dan has certainly been the man this season with both bat and ball. He has been in a lynch pin in the club’s success in Div.5 of the NDL.His seam bowling has proven too good for most of the opposition and he has returned excellent figures for the season. ( 4 for 11 being his most recent success). He has also scored lots of invaluable runs in his free-flowing style. ( Bass please Dan)

James Tythcott

James Tythcott

(Dave… to avoid confusion)
Although still a colt, James is the youngest player to hold down a regular place in the first team. A specialist right-handed batsman, James’s progress has been rapid…. almost as quick as a Braundy single! A naturally attacking bat, James recently scored his excellent maiden ton on an arid Sunday afternoon in the league cup when holding Shobrooke Park to a 214 run Tie!( thanks to a couple of well aimed pies at the end!) Maiden jug (singular!) still pending… debate as to who coughs up is still on-going. (Watch this space) James has a bright future ahead of him, and continues to learn: the most recent lesson being that it’s easier to field without your hands in your pockets!

Pete Wilson

Pete Wilson

Life member and a mainstay of the club throughout the years. Husband of the vice chairwoman, Pete is a canny spin- bowler and specialist lower order batsman! His claim to fame is that he bats more in the winter months than in the summer. Turning into something of a globetrotter.
