Mike Snell

(The Colonel)
Mike retired from the game a few years ago. During that time he was a very successful club captain (see History) He is now club (ex)chairman, coach and ambassador. An independent thinker, Mike has formed and developed theories about the game which are legendary. He is a keen practitioner of oriental arts and can often be seen practising Tai Chi on the boundary…..especially when Westleigh are bowling an off stump line!

Robert Tythcott

Robert is a founder member of the club and an ex-skipper. These days he provides many invaluable services to the club, the main one being the upkeep of the wicket. He has improved the playing surface immeasurably in recent years. He never misses a game and is always prepared to stand in as umpire or scorer as the need arises.
