5 Star Fitness Ltd was formed in 2004 by professional rugby league players Ryan Hudson and Jamie Field.
Their passion for helping others and dedication to bringing out the best in people brought about 5 Star Fitness.
Mark Field and Matt Hayes are both Personal Trainers. Mark is also Nutritional Advisor and Matt, in addition is also Sports Masseur and Pilates Instructor.
All staff are professional athletes, coaches, and practitoners who have played or worked in an elite environment
enabling them to help clients achieve their potential and bring about amazing results.
