GETHSEMANE
Just a dreamer
The themes of Gethsemane implied a stronger sense of identity and security, while being angry at people around me. "Merry Christmas" was a childish rant about not getting very many Christmas cards that year, and when I did no one wrote much in them. There were some pretty odd tracks on Gethsemane: When You're Not Around had a crazy Casio keyboard drum track in the background, with a scratchy electric guitar driving the song, Symbolism predominantly contained intentional feedback and muffled nonsense lyrics, and Thing contained more noise and garbled words. These tracks brought a sense of understanding yet being unwilling to share that properly.
