Just found out from Top Up this morning that anyone who changes their box whilst subscribing to Top Up TV should let them know as the signal needs to be changed for different makes of boxes. Before owning the 9200T, we had a Thompson Box, and I had been getting break up on the picture on Top Up channels on the Humax, and a recording on TCM (scarface) only recorded for about 10 secs. I hadn't let Top Up know that we were now using a different box, and when I contacted them this morning, found out that the signal needed updating for the Humax. Just had to leave it on Ch 5 for a while. So I said that as I wasn't aware of this, and perhaps others might not be either, would let everyone know on forum.
