Park Charges and Fees

Seasonal Pitches:
For the 2008 season, our park fees are £1580 fully inclusive of local rates, VAT and the electric supply charges. Electric units are metered separately and charged retrospectively.  The season runs from 1^st March to 15^th November inclusive.

Connection charges:
When a new holiday home is brought onto the Park, we charge a one-off connection fee of £1150.00*
This includes the following:

Full gas, water, electric and drainage connections 
Paved walkway to front of holiday home 
Wooden skirting to underneath of holiday home 
One set of metal access steps

* - Holiday homes with full gas central heating incur an extra charge of £150 to cover increased gas installation costs
