Details Thames Coastguard requested the lifeboat to launch following a 999 call from an angling boat off Swalecliffe, with engine failure. The lifeboat took the craft under tow and landed the boat, with its six occupants, onto the launching ramp at the Seaview Caravan Park, form where it had set out earlier.
