I studied at the London School of Sports Massage. I am fully qualified and insured to carry out sports and remedial massage. The school has an excellent reputation and it was for this reason why I chose to travel there to study.

My sporting achievements are mainly in athletics. I have participated in other activities such as skiing, cycling, gym training, walking and football but my greatest sporting achievements have been through running. Over the years, I have become:

• Staffordshire 1500m,3000m and 5000m champion.
• Midlands 3000m and 5000m champion.
• Royal Air Force 5000m and cross country champion.
• Armed forces 1500m and 5000m champion.
• Several national and regional medals from road running.
• Selected to run for Great Britain at the Singapore Marathon in 2006
