The dark blue column is the value for the month for 2005.
The light blue column to the left is the average from 1993 to 2004.

The lower white bar shows the minimum rainfall in that month since 1993. (August has been completely dry.)
The higher white bar shows the maximum rainfall in that month since 1993.

Comparisons

January and February have both been appreciably drier than average. March has been more normal. April, May and June have resumed the dry trend. July got closer to average, but still fell short. August and September were just slightly above average. October was just under average, although have of it seems to have fallen in one day. November, again, was significantly short on the wet stuff! December was backto normal.
