Comparisons
January ended up about average with most of the rain in the middle of the month. February was very dry! March made up for February (mostly on two days). April came out almost average, but half of it was at the very end. Most of May's rain came on a couple of days a week before the end of the month. Half of June's rain came on one day, the rest in dribs and drabs. Most of July's rain fell between the 6th and 12th, a bit more than usual! August established a new record rainfall. Most of September's rain fell at the end of the first week. "28th/29th Oct, Cold Snap, 3cm Snow fell between 7and 10pm and then it froze down to -3C" (Slip End Weather Data). November rainfall mostly in the first week and a half of the month. All December's rain fell in the first half of the month.
