Spammers of the Witchfield Web Site

I do not look forward to receiving unsolicited e-mail from people trying to sell me dubious services which I don't want.

This is a list of the people who send e-mail to addresses read from these web pages, or to made-up addresses on this site. Some of them claim to be ethical, but they have bought lists with addresses harvested from here. In time they too will receive the junk that they send out to others. This list is only from October 2002 and only contains those who have not apologised. (Note that I have not asked them to apologise in any forum other than this page.)

I invite comments (good or bad) on my strategy.

If anyone from the companies below wants to apologise for using unethically sourced e-mail addresses, I would be prepared to remove the addressses for their company.

I am not too happy about individuals who want to send bulk e-mails of political, racist or sectarian diatribes to my web addresses either, so I might add a table for them if the problem becomes common.

The most prolific (repetitive) spammers seem to be pd-dial.com

There is now so much spam, that I've had to give up laughing at the rubbish peddled around, and it all gets deleted unread. I can recommend Mailwasher (www.mailwasher.net) for getting rid of the rubbish.
