Comparisons
January was very warm but without an amazingly high peak value. February was still relatively warm apart from the end of the first week when we got an extreme low among the colder days. Really quite mild March except for the third week. April was extremely warm in general, but not a specific maximum. May got temperatures back to near the average numbers. June seemed very average but there were no high peaks due to the rain! Although July and August had no cold spells, there were no heatwaves either! September and October continued the unremarkable trend. November temperatures averaged out "normal", but it was knocking the extremes at both ends. December averaged out to the previous values, the middle two weeks being chilly and the other weeks more mild.
