Sebastian is the eldest of our beloved characters and looks after his siblings with the instinct of a protective father - especially Judy. On being unleashed to the world in 1973 he found his popularity was initially far greater abroad than it was in his birth place of the United Kingdom. However, over the years we've witnessed a love for him that hopefully compensates for our initial misdemeanor.
In 1986 he went to see his creator play the lead role in 'Marlowe' - the story of the 16th century playwright Christopher Marlowe - and so overwhelmed was he by the acting abilities witnessed there that he'd like to show you his programme and a couple of photos of his evening out.
