wide range of facts and opinions about the history of Woodborough.
Text has been copied faithfully, except where obvious typographical
errors occur. There are some grammatical
errors and many spelling inconsistencies, in particular those
of individual names and place names. Never-the-less we are indebted
to all who have left us legacies in the form of these valuable historical
