Tudorville - Merrivale Lane - Ross on Tuesdays.
These services
were all withdrawn from 2 April 1991 and 30 and 32 were replaced by
services operated by L.C.K. Taxis. 66,67 and 82 were not replaced.
Johnsons of Henley :
The "East-West Shopper"
service commenced on 4 November 1988, running on Tuesdays and Fridays
between Leamington (Warneford Hospital) and Redditch via Leamington
(Parade), Warwick Hospital, Warwick (Market Place), Hampton Magna,
Hampton-on- the-Hill, Claverdon, Henley-in-Arden, Wootton Wawen and
Ullenhall, then looping via Redditch Shopping Centre and Redditch
Alexandra Hospital. Journeys run at 0925 and 1329 from Henley-in-
Arden (the first serving Redditch Centre only) and 1630 from
Leamington, returning at 1130 and 1727 to Henley, 1351 to Leamington.
129 (Wythall - Tanworth-in-Arden - Mappleborough - Studley - Alcester
Grammar School, Sch) was acquired from Fletchers from 1 March 1989.
The East-West Shopper (Leamington - Henley-in-Arden - Redditch, TF)
was withdrawn after operation on 7 July 1989. Wilmcote - Stratford -
Bidford - Alcester - Redditch (Th), formerly operated by Smiths of
Wilmcote, was acquired by this operator in December 1990. The
Wilmcote - Redditch (Th) service previously run by Smniths of
Stratford is apparently still operated by Johnsons, contrary to
previous reports, as Henley-in-Arden (Depot) - Redditch via
Stratford, East Green Drive, Dodwell, Bidford-on- Avon, Alcester (Th)
(H+WCC service no. 207) Johnsons of Henley : 130
(Henley-in-Arden - Stratford, Sch) was made available to the public
from 3 September 1996, with schools service 810 (Redditch - Moreton
Morrell) commencing on the following day.

The Thursday evening service from Upper Sapey to Hereford (for bingo) was withdrawn after operation on 29 December 1988. This operator has ceased operation, and all services were deregistered after 27 January 1989. Broadheath - Martley - Upper Sapey - Bromyard (Th) and Bromyard - Pencombe - Ullingswick - Bromyard Circular (Th) passed to Go Whittle, Bromyard - Pencombe - Hereford (W) to Smiths Motors, Upper Sapey - Martley - Worcester (Sch) to DRM Coaches and Holmer - Aylestone School (Sch) and Westfields - Holmer School (Sch) to Western Coaches. 822 (Tedstone Wafre - Bromyard, Sch) was acquired from DRM Coaches from 5 January 1994.

Motors following tendering. Peak journeys run via Little Malvern,
British Camp, Fruitlands and St Andrews Road whilst off-peak WS
journeys run via Hanley Swan and St Andrews Road, off-peak F journeys
via Castlemorton Village, Chandlers Cross, Hanley Swan and the Wells
Road.
13 October 1989 : Friday shopping journeys diverted via
Geraldine Road and Barnards Green.
4 June 1990 : Off-peak service
on route 378 (Pendock - Malvern) revised. The main off-peak service
now runs between Rye Cross and Malvern Link on Fridays only, via
Castlemorton, Welland, Hanley Swan, Malvern Wells, Geraldine Road,
Barnards Green and Great Malvern. Wednesday and Saturday off-peak
services were withdrawn except for the 0900 from Malvern Link which
runs as far as Great Malvern on Wednesdays, Malvern Wells on Mondays
and Welland on Fridays. On Tuesdays and Thursdays additional
"contra-flow" journeys are added between Malvern Link and
Welland on 378 which form circular services with 379

Service 386 (Upton-upon-Severn - Malvern, F) gained additional experimental MTWThS journeys between Malvern Wells (Hanley Road / Green Lane) and Malvern from 2 January 1991. 876 (Malvern Link - Ledbury - Lugwardine St Marys School, Sch) was extended in the morning only to Bishop of Hereford's School from 3 September 1991. The additional MTWThS journeys between Malvern Wells and Great Malvern on 386 (Upton - Malvern) were reduced to MWS only from 30 September 1991 (the through service runs F only). The MWS short journeys on 386 (Malvern Wells - St Andrews Road - Great Malvern), operated under contract, were replaced after operation on 28 August 1992 by the diversion of certain journeys on Midland Red West 379 (Malvern Link - Upton- upon-Severn Circular). 845 (Chase High School -> Link Top, Sch) was commenced on 8 September 1992, in practice gained from Smiths of Ledbury although operation had been suspended during the latter half of the Summer term. Jones Bros. (Crump) of Malvern : 378 (Rye Cross - Great Malvern - Malvern Link, M-F) and 379 (Welland - Upton - Hanley Swan - Great Malvern, M-Th) were taken over from Midland Red West, on a commercial basis, from 5 September 1994. The morning peak journey on 378 was curtailed in school holidays to run Malvern Wells - Great Malvern only, running to Dyson Perrins School in Malvern Link in school term, the Friday off- peak journey being similarly curtailed to run to/from Great Malvern only. 379 was improved from TTh to Monday to Thursday operation, but no longer runs as a circular from Great Malvern and again is curtailed at Great Malvern. Some journeys remain with Midland Red West. 876 (Malvern - Lugwardine St. Mary's School, Sch) was revised from the same date and now runs from Link Top via Great Malvern, The Wyche, Colwall and Ledbury, the positioning journeys running via Malvern Wells and Ledbury/ Jones Bros. Coaches (Crump) of Malvern : 376 (Cradley - Malvern, F) was diverted via Mathon village from 3 March 1995. Jones Bros (Crump) of Malvern : 845 (Chase School -> Link Top, Sch) no longer runs, having ceased in May 1995 and been replaced from September by Newbury Coaches 890. Jones Bros. of Malvern : 378 (Rye Cross - Great Malvern, M-F), 379 (Welland - Upton - Hanley Swan - Great Malvern, MTWTh) and 879 (Upton - Hanley Swan - Welland - Malvern Wells - Malvern Dyson Perrins School, Sch) were lost to Smiths of Ledbury from 31 August 1996. Jones Bros Coaches (Crump) of Malvern : 890 (British Camp - Great Malvern Chase High School, Sch) was gained from Newbury Coaches with effect from 20 January 1997. Jones Bros Coaches (Crump) of Malvern : 890 (British Camp - Chase High School, Sch) was lost to Smiths Motors with effect from September 1997.

(Crossway Green - Ombersley - Power Station Estate - Stourport
Schools) commenced on 6 January 1997, replacing Go Whittle / Midland
Red West service 805 between Power Station Estate and the schools.
Jules Travel of Redditch : 858 (Crossway Green - Stourport Schools)
has a minor extension to the lay-by adjacent to the "Little
Chef" at Crossway Green from 2 September 1997.
