Seekers of print perfection

The YMG is a group of photographers who meet on the second Sunday of every month, except for a summer break in July and August.

Anyone who is interested in monochrome photography and is prepared to contribute to the meetings by bringing along and showing their prints is welcome.

There is no membership fee, just a charge of £12 per meeting, which includes refreshments and a buffet lunch. Until December 2009
a new member will only be charged £6 for their first meeting.

Meetings must be booked and paid for in advance. Numbers are limited to 50.

The aim of the group is to encourage monochrome photography by: producing, showing and discussing our own prints with colleagues; mounting exhibitions of our work; sharing knowledge and ideas with each other and enjoying the information and stimulation afforded by our invited afternoon speakers.

All meetings start at 10.15 with the viewing and discussion of each others' prints. Prints will have priority. We break for lunch from 12.15 to 1.45 pm, after which we may have a visiting speaker.
