Three
60ft bays concentrates entirely on preparation and
painting of entire or part trucks and vans. We can cope with large fleets or
with just the odd one or two.
Before
painting takes place we can shot blast most areas where bad rust has attacked
the metal; or replace complete panels if required. On offer are two paint
systems, single pack poly and 2-pack. All our paintwork is guaranteed for one
year and should any defect occur due to the quality of material or its
application it will be corrected immediately free of charge. To finish your
vehicle, we can provide both a conventional signwriting
service or the manufacture and application of vinyl signs.

The1999 Radio 1 roadshow
was painted by ourselves and incorporates Ultra Violet paint that reacts and
glows when UV light is applied. This works best in the dark. |

These coaches are an example of the type of artwork
that can be created on any large bus or coach. They were painted a base colour before the artwork was airbrushed onto the front,
back and both sides, and the entire coach was then lacquered to protect the
artwork and give a deep shine. |

This trailer incorporates a vinyl sign that
stretches the length of the side and includes customers’ name, product,
and artwork. This type of vinyl can be multiplied many times more accurately
than an artist can airbrush and so for a large fleet this technique is
recommended. |

We have the ability to cope with hazardous material
transportation vehicles and successfully complete full refurbishment and
repaint programs. This tanker is an example of this. |

Many of our customers choose to have us paint and signwrite their new vehicles straight from the
manufacturers. This ensures that their fleet of vehicles, no matter what the
make or model, will all match perfectly. |
