Marty Read - Old Death Certificate Problem

This is a tough one, the scan from Marty is first class but the source handwriting is 'worn out' and not easy to read. Nevertheless, Marty hopes someone will have an idea about the writing in this old Death Certificate... (a full view of the certificate can be found in the blue grid above).

There are a number of columns that Marty is no 100% confident with, but his main areas of concern are (1) and (6)

• What was the date and place of death? Marty believes it to be "Twenty sixth December (or November?) 1839. ?????????? of ? 10 Selby Place - this is the address of his son 3 years later"
• What was the cause of Death? Marty thinks it says "Inflammation of the ??????"
• What was the residence of the informant? Marty reckons on "?? Drake Street, Red Lion Square"
• Can you read the name of the Registrar (if it helps)?
