This is a tough one, the scan from Marty is first class but the source handwriting is 'worn out' and not easy to read. Nevertheless, Marty hopes someone will have an idea about the writing in this old Death Certificate... (a full view of the certificate can be found in the blue grid above).
There are a number of columns that Marty is no 100% confident with, but his main areas of concern are (1) and (6)
