To get your document on this site is a quite simple process and normally takes a couple of days to turn round, depending on complexity.

1. You scan and email the document to me  (the higher the resolution scan, the better the results)

2. In your email, tell me which mailing lists you want the web site to work with (see examples by clicking on links on the left)

3. Also tell me what you CAN read of the text on the certificate (makes it easier for me to work on!)

4. If I can, I create a test web site for you

5. I let you know when the test site its on the web (normally within 48 hours)

6. You check the site and give me the ok to make the site live

7. I mail you with the formal URL

8. You post the URL to the lists and they go check and help you!

Easy! The site then stays active for normally 30 days or until you ask me to remove the site!
