Paul Windley - Granny Spilsbury

The picture shows someone always referred to as "Granny Spilsbury", probably the mother of Paul's great great grandfather, John Spilsbury. John was born about 1831 in Hanley, Worcestershire, England.

In the images below is a scan from the back of the photo and, apart from the writing "1850", from the very faded pencil writing on the back, Paul can only decipher  "where the white ...... under the tie" (?). This may possibly be a reference to her attire in the picture and Paul I would be very grateful for any assistance in deciphering the whole handwritten part on the back.
