Booking Conditions Your accommodation will be available to you from 5pm on the day of your arrival unless otherwise arranged. It would be appreciated if you could give us a call and inform us of your expected time of arrival. Should you wish to arrive earlier, to park or drop off luggage, please let us know in advance. Rooms must be vacated daily by 10am and will be ready for re-occupancy by 5pm. We reserve the right to charge for replacement, cleaning or repair of any item belonging to the house, damaged either willfully or because reasonable precautions have not been taken. In this event, your debit / credit card will be charged without prior consent being required to cover the costs incurred. Total cost of stay, or balance are payable on departure. Cheques supported by a bank card pr cash settlement. Please note that since we are just a small B&B, we do not operate a credit / debit card facility. We reserve the right to amend our tariff without notice. Children are accommodated at our discretion. Pets are not allowed. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made less than 7 days notice will incur the full cost. As with all holidays, we advise our guests to take out travel insurance. If you should need to cancel, we will do our very best to re-let your room. If we are successful we will be delighted to give you a full refund.
