Systems & Conventions : Divisions 1 & 2 = Level 4, Divisions 3 to 10 = Level 3
Team captains are requested to ensure that all their players
have properly completed convention cards during every match.

Match Secretaries: please remember to check the lists sent to you by the League
Secretary before the start of the season. These show whether or not players have
paid their current YCBA subscription, regardless of which club they join through.
There are enough copies for all your captains as well.
Note: if the list indicates a player is not paid up, but the player thinks he/she is,
this discrepancy needs to be resolved with the League Secretary before the match.

Eligibilty: In divisions 1 through 5 all players must be paid up members of Yorkshire by the date of the match.
In lower divisions there is some latitude, but you should check Rule 13 on the reverse of the Match Secretaries
list to be sure you have not exceeded it. In an emergency, such as a last-minute substitution, General Rule 3
allows you to send the subscription with the results sheet.
