Darren Moore in Plymouth,
England:
Just love the razor blade lollipop nature of the track and the the way the
song is structured around the ups and downs of life and love. Beautiful.
Danny Roberts, SCRUFFS, Warrington,
England:
I'm fortunate enough to play all of these tunes to the public, every
week. I never tire of any of them, but this one - is the most magical
and melodic of them all. It's no floor filler, but it's my favourite
anyway! c u in Scruffs.
James Lapworth in Warwick, GB:
The lyrics are so bitter and jaded and either Squire or Brown is very
bitter towards someone on this earth, but it's hidden behind this mask
of a clean tidy pop song which doesn't need to raise the volume to get
it's message across.
Ray in New York, NY, USA:
It sneaks up on you...The sly guitars and drumming are as leisurely
cruel as the lyrics. Simultaneously beautiful and scalding.
Vaughn Cartwright in Summit, New Jersey, USA:
Wasn't my favorite at first, but after about a dozen listens this is
the song on their debut album that most stuck with me. (Close competition:
Made Of Stone. The chorus is deadly!)
