Welcome to the web site!
This website belongs to the Zanshin Dojo a Wado ryu karate club based in South Wales, U.K. The club is a member of the Welsh Karate Association, the largest karate organisation in Wales which has over a thousand members. The club instructor, Gavin Evans is a 2nd Dan black belt in Wado Ryu and has been training for 20 years having won many tournaments in kata as well as kumite. Most of these are listed in the personal page. This web site is aimed to help others in their search for better performance . This site is not intended as a substitute for teaching kata or any Uke, Ohyo or Kihons. This should always be done in a dojo by your sensei, but rather as a guide to helping you if you're not sure of a certain move in a kata or Uke.
