Music has always been a part of my life, growing up in a musical family where both parents were active members of the local Jazz scene. I have been a musician since I was a child and took up guitar when I was 16 years old. I have played guitar and bass in a variety of bands ever since in many different styles and genres of music from Rock to Jazz. I'm also a singer. I offer tuition on guitar and bass in West Cornwall, both privately and for Cornwall Youth Music Action Zone (CYMAZ) which is an organisation that provides music education to young people in schools and youth clubs. I can offer tuition in any style (Blues, Rock, Jazz, Folk, Country, Pop) or level of competence from beginner to expert. Lessons can be given on acoustic guitars, electric guitars or classical guitars and I can teach you at your own pace - just give me a call to get started.
